Your cakes are beautiful, i recently started cake making. any advice on what's the best icing to use for making roses. Mine wilted a little.

Hi Mary. Thanks for the compliment. I suggest making a stiff buttercream icing to make your roses upright. You can always add confectioner's sugar to your buttercream to make it stiff. If it gets too stiff add a teaspoon of water for every cup of icing.
